Christopher has been a licensed Oregon Real Estate broker since 2005. He began his career gaining invaluable experience as an intern at Sperry Van Ness, one of the nations leading investment real estate brokerages. Prior to joining Lowes Commercial Properties, Christopher worked with Menefee & Associates where he successfully launched Central Oregon’s first condo-conversion project. Christopher has extensively studied investment real estate and development on a local, regional and national level for the last three years and plans on starting his CCIM education this spring. Christopher’s knowledge of the industry, enthusiasm and savvy technological skills gives him an edge in this changing market.
Before joining the real estate world, Christopher was involved in the restaurant industry and also created several successful small businesses including Old World Innovations, a designer furniture company utilizing recycled wine barrels.
The Koos family has interests in Wine Acquisitions, Real Estate, Accounting, and Insurance. Born and raised in Dubuque, Iowa, Chris grew up camping, hiking, fishing, whitewater kayaking, wakeboarding and snowboarding. His love of the outdoors, in particular Mt. Bachelor, lured him to Bend in the summer of 2000.
Christopher attended the University of Iowa where he received a Bachelor of Science in Geo Science with an emphasis in Geo Engineering.
